U4GM How to Unlock BO7 Zombies Cursed Relics Guide

Cursed Mode in Black Ops 7 is where you figure out what you actually know and what you've just been leaning on. No minimap, a starter pistol, and suddenly every wrong turn feels expensive. If you're chasing the hidden Relics and don't want to waste nights on dead runs, a lot of players pair practice with things like CoD BO7 Boosting just to cut down the trial-and-error and focus on the steps that matter.

Ashes of the Damned: Getting Your First Grim Relics

Start with the Grim set, because everything else basically assumes you've earned it. Dragon Wings is the one that gets people tilted: hold out until Round 20, Pack-A-Punch, then take the jump pad linking Vandorn Farm and Janus Towers and shoot three purple orbs while you're airborne. Miss one and you're doing laps again. The follow-up trial is nasty in a different way, since power-ups hurt you, so don't panic-grab Max Ammo out of habit. Lawyer's Pen is more straightforward but still punishing: light three red candles (Blackwater Lake cabin area, Ashwood, and the Vandorn farmhouse) using a Molotov or Napalm Burst, then deal with a trial full of Shock Mimics that'll punish sloppy spacing.

Teddy Bear and the First Sinister Push

The Teddy Bear Grim Relic turns into a little stealth routine. Bring Aether Shroud and the Necrofluid Gauntlet, pop Shroud, and check the weird "shouldn't be anything here" spots like the Vandorn Farm silo and the Ashwood church wall for invisible bears. The trial's the real kicker: every shot costs Essence, so you can't spray your way out. Once you've got all Grim Relics equipped and you're Level 40, the VRIL Sphere opens up. You've got to lure a Doppelghast onto a jump pad and let the pad finish it. Stock up first, because the trial locks you out of buying anything, and it feels awful to realize you're one ammo refill short.

Focusing Stone and the Wicked Relic Grind

Focusing Stone is the kind of step that makes squads argue. You need a melee kill on a Zursa, but you'll want to soften it with bullets first so you don't get clipped at the last second, then solve the wine bottle puzzle back in the Blackwater Lake cabin. Wicked Relics are the long-haul stuff: the Bus wants you to reach Round 60 and survive a full round without taking any damage, so pick a safe loop and don't get greedy for drops. Blood Vials is more about discipline—listen for the ringing phone every 10 rounds starting at Round 20 and answer it five times. The Dragon Wicked Relic asks you to beat the main quest boss after Round 60, and the trial forces explosive-only damage, so plan your loadout instead of trying to improvise mid-fight.

Astra Malorum: Precision Steps, Less Forgiveness

Astra Malorum swaps endurance for exact requirements. Seed makes you hunt an uncommon weapon that starts showing up after Round 20, then you must get an exact kill count equal to the round you picked it up—grab it on 22, you need exactly 22 kills, no more, no less. Spider Fang is even fussier: run Wisp Tea with Aether Shroud, then melee kill OSCAR while a wisp is actively attacking him, and you'll earn a trial that bans perks, which changes your whole rhythm. The Gong and Samantha's Drawing are still in that "community hasn't nailed it yet" zone, so if you're trying to stay efficient, keep your runs focused on what's confirmed and don't be afraid to lean on CoD BO7 Boosting for sale when you just want clean attempts without burning hours on setup.
